When will my order be sent?
Our cut off point for same day dispatch is 12pm UK time. Any order placed before midday will be dispatched on the same day.
Any order placed after 12pm UK time, or weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
From the point of dispatch, how quickly your order will take to be delivered will depend on which shipping service you selected at checkout.
Please note that once your order has left us, we have no control over any delays.
Can I return an item?
If you'd like to return a product, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date.
Unless damaged, the product must be in brand new condition in the original packaging.
